What the player sees
- A site with your logo and colours, at app.padelver.com/your-club, which opens in the browser and can be added to the home screen.
- They choose a day and a slot, see the price, and the booking is confirmed on the spot, with an account or as a guest if you allow it.
- They get a confirmation email with a button to view or cancel the booking.
- They share a link to their match so others can join, with a waiting list.

- A grid for each day, showing what is free, booked and blocked.
- Phone bookings in the same place, with the customer’s record to hand.
- Who has paid at the club and how, by booking or by player, and the day’s takings.

Create your account and club
Sign-up is instant and no card is needed. Your club starts with two courts and sample hours, so it can take bookings from the first minute. The sign-up form asks for a Spanish address.

Courts, opening hours, prices and branding. The panel guides you with a getting-started list.

With its link, or with a QR code poster you print from the panel, which keeps working even if you change the address.
Common questions
Is the app in English?
No. This site is in English to help clubs in Spain decide, but the panel your team uses and the booking site your players see are in Spanish.
My club is outside Spain. Can I use PadelVER?
Not by signing up on your own today: the sign-up form asks for a Spanish address. Tell us about your club through the contact form and we’ll take it from there.
How much does it cost?
The fee is monthly and depends on how many clubs you have and which modules you turn on. Exact amounts are in the panel: you can see them during the trial, without giving a card and before subscribing. If you’d rather know before creating an account, write to us.
Do players pay for the court online?
No. Courts are paid for at the club, in cash or by card terminal, and your team records it in the panel. With the Card guarantee module, the player leaves a card that is only used if they don’t turn up or, if you wish, if they cancel late.
Do players have to pay for or install anything?
No. It’s free for players and works in the browser on a phone or computer. Anyone who wants to can add your club’s site to their home screen, with its own icon and colours.
Can I still take bookings by phone?
Yes. Phone bookings go into the same panel, with the customer’s record, and take up the slot just like web bookings: the same court can’t be booked twice.
What happens when the 14 days are up?
If you’ve subscribed, everything keeps working and the first charge is that day. If not, the club is suspended: the site stops taking bookings and nothing is deleted. When you subscribe, it’s back at once.
Is there a minimum term?
There’s no setup fee and no minimum term. You can cancel your club from the panel: it stays active until the end of the paid period, and your data is kept for 90 days in case you change your mind.
Can I run several clubs?
Yes. One account can run several clubs, each with its own site, settings, users and subscription.
Can the booking site use my own domain?
No. Today each club’s site is on app.padelver.com, at the address you choose. You can link to it from your website, your social media or a QR code poster.
