This page and the privacy policy are what you accept when you create a PadelVER player account. Please read both: how we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

Terms for players
What PadelVER is for you
PadelVER is the platform padel clubs use to offer their bookings, matches, tournaments and classes. Courts, classes and tournaments are provided by each club, under its own booking terms, found on its booking site (the “legal” link in the footer). PadelVER doesn’t provide those services and isn’t responsible for them.
Your account
The account is free and works at every club. Your details must be true, and your password is your responsibility: anything done with your account is taken as done by you. Some features require a confirmed email and a complete profile.
You must be at least 14 to create an account. Younger children are enrolled in classes and tournaments by their parent or guardian, as a minor in their care.
Your public profile
Your nickname is your name on the site. Don’t use someone else’s or an offensive one, and don’t upload photos or text you have no right to publish or that are disrespectful to anyone. We may change or remove them, or suspend the account, if you do.
Bookings and commitments
A booking is confirmed when the site or the confirmation email says so. Courts are paid for at the club, not through PadelVER. You can cancel up to the deadline each club sets; after that, you have to call them. You can’t have two commitments at the same time, even at different clubs.
Guarantee card
Some clubs require or allow a card when booking. It’s stored by Stripe, PadelVER’s payment provider, and works at every club. By saving it you authorise the penalty charges you accept when booking: before confirming each booking you’ll see the exact amount and when it applies. The club makes the charge, in its own name, and is responsible for it: if you disagree, talk to the club first.
Leaving PadelVER
You can delete your account under Mi cuenta → Mis datos → “Eliminar mi cuenta”. Active bookings stay in place, so cancel them first if you wish. Clubs keep their customer records.
Liability
We try to keep the service running at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If you’re a consumer, you keep all the rights the law gives you, and you can go to the courts of your place of residence.
Terms for clubs
These apply to whoever creates a club on PadelVER, who subscribes for their business or professional activity.
Trial
14 days from sign-up, with no card and everything working. The trial belongs to the account: a second club shares the same end date. If it ends without a subscription, the club is suspended: the site stops taking bookings, the panel only opens Billing, and nothing is deleted.
Price and billing
The fee is monthly and is made up of the club’s licence and its active modules (“gemas”). Amounts, excluding VAT, are in the panel under Club → Gemas and Club → Facturación. Each club has its own subscription, charged every month by card or SEPA direct debit. Turning a module on or off changes the fee at that moment, and the difference is prorated on the next charge. A price change is announced by email and applies on renewal. After each charge an invoice is issued, through VERI*FACTU, to the billing email.
With the card guarantee module, each penalty charge carries a commission, shown in the panel.
Non-payment
If a charge fails, it’s retried and the club keeps working for a 7-day grace period. After that, it’s suspended until paid, with nothing deleted.
Cancellation
There’s no minimum term and no setup fee. The owner cancels the club under Club → Facturación. With a subscription, it stays active until the end of the paid period; during the trial, cancellation is immediate. Future bookings aren’t cancelled automatically and customers aren’t told, so do that first if needed. Data is kept for 90 days, during which the cancellation can be undone, and may then be permanently deleted.
The club’s responsibilities
The club is responsible for the services it provides, what it charges its customers and its tax obligations for that, the accuracy of its data, and who has access to its panel. Also for its legal texts: PadelVER offers starting texts, which the club must review and adapt. If it charges penalties, its booking terms must cover them. The club decides which users to invite, and each role’s permissions are those explained in the panel.
Data processing
The club is the controller of its customers’ data and ACRILONIA CORP, S.L. is its processor (art. 28 GDPR). To that end, ACRILONIA CORP, S.L.:
- Processes that data only to provide the service and following the club’s instructions, which are those it gives when using the panel.
- Requires confidentiality from those with access and applies appropriate security measures: among others, each club can only see its own data.
- Uses the providers listed in the privacy policy, and will give notice of changes so the club can object.
- Helps the club respond to its customers’ rights and tells it without delay about any security breach affecting it.
- When the service ends, keeps the data for the 90 days stated and then deletes it, except what the law requires to be kept.
- Gives the club the information needed to check compliance with this clause.
Availability and liability
We try to keep the service running at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, ACRILONIA CORP, S.L.’s liability to the club is limited to what the club has paid for the service in the previous twelve months.
Changes and applicable law
If we change these terms, we’ll give advance notice by email to clubs and on the site to players. They’re governed by Spanish law. For clubs, disputes are submitted to the courts of Córdoba.
