How it works
From creating your account to your first booking.
On your own, from the panel, without waiting for anyone. Sign-up is instant and no card is needed.
The first steps
Your club starts with two courts, a price and sample hours, so it can take bookings from the first minute. The panel tracks what’s left to do. The screens are in Spanish, but they follow this order:

Days and times, closures and blocks.

Rules by day, time or date, and a calculator to check the result.

Add your club’s branding
The logo, colours and header photo of your booking site.

Share your link or print the poster with the QR code.
What you pay for
A monthly fee per club, with no commission on bookings: you collect the court fee yourself, at the club.
- Base licence
- For your first club, with everything on the Features page and unlimited users. Each additional club on the same account pays a lower licence.
- Modules
- Added to the club’s fee only if you turn them on. You can remove them whenever you like.
- Players
- Free for them, with or without an account.
Amounts, excluding VAT, are in the panel under Club → Gemas, and you can see them during the trial, before you subscribe. If you’d rather know before creating an account, write to us.
Subscription and invoices
- You subscribe from the panel whenever you like, by card or SEPA direct debit. If you do it during the trial, the first charge is on the day it ends.
- After each charge you get your invoice by email, issued through Spain’s VERI*FACTU system, and it’s also in the panel.
- Creating your club asks for your billing details: a company name or your full name, a tax ID and a registered address.
- No minimum term: you cancel your club from the panel and it stays active until the end of the paid period.
What PadelVER doesn’t do today
Better to know before you start. We don’t give dates for future features: if one of these matters to you, tell us.
- Online payment for bookings, entries or fees: everything is paid at the club. The card guarantee only covers penalties.
- Reminders before a match, on any channel. Confirmation and cancellation emails are included.
- Recurring bookings, such as a regular weekly game.
- Tournament results or knockout rounds, or rankings that calculate themselves.
- Exporting customer records from the panel.
- A custom domain for your club’s site, other languages in the app, or an app in the stores.
Questions about the trial
What does the trial include?
Fourteen days from sign-up with everything working, modules included, and no card. The trial belongs to the account: if you create a second club, it shares the same end date.
What if it ends and I haven’t subscribed?
Your club is suspended: the site stops taking bookings and the panel only opens Billing. Nothing is deleted, and when you subscribe it’s back at once.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It’s kept for 90 days, and until then you can undo the cancellation. Future bookings aren’t cancelled automatically and customers aren’t told, so it’s best to do that first.
Who is responsible for my customers’ data?
Your club is responsible for its customers’ data, and PadelVER processes it on your behalf. Each club publishes its own privacy policy and booking terms on its site.
Is your club outside Spain?
Today, sign-up asks for a Spanish address and the app is in Spanish. Tell us about your situation and we’ll look at it.
