We handle data in different roles depending on who you are. Find yours:

Who we are

ACRILONIA CORP, S.L., tax ID (NIF) B72748023, Av. Virgen de las Angustias, 2, bloque 3, 4.º B, Córdoba (España). Contact: soporte@padelver.com.

If you visit this site

We are the data controller.

  • Contact form and email. Your name, your email and, if you give them, your club, your phone number and your message. They’re used to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form and, if you ask us about subscribing, steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). We keep them for as long as the conversation lasts and then for as long as needed to deal with possible liabilities.
  • Spam protection. When you fill in the form, Google reCAPTCHA collects technical data to check that you’re not an automated program (browser, device, IP address and interaction with the page), and our server keeps, for a few days, one-way codes derived from your IP address and your email, to limit submissions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form (art. 6.1.f). If you’d rather not go through reCAPTCHA, write to us at soporte@padelver.com.
  • Support chat. Whatever you type in the chat goes to CONECIA, which provides the service, so they can reply to you. Please don’t type any data your question doesn’t need.
  • Statistics. They’re anonymous and use no cookies (see the cookie policy).

If you have a player account

A PadelVER player account is one account for every club, and we are its data controller.

  • Data. First name, surname, phone number, email, password (stored so that it can’t be read), nickname, sex, level, preferred club and, if you add them, your photo and your “Sobre mí” text. And what you do with the account: bookings, matches, tournaments, classes, notices and vouchers.
  • Why. To provide the service: to identify you, show your bookings at all your clubs, check you don’t have two commitments at the same time and send you your account notices. The legal basis is performance of the terms you accept when you sign up (art. 6.1.b).
  • Public profile. Anyone can see your nickname, photo, level, “Sobre mí” text, sign-up date and number of matches and tournaments, along with the club of any public rankings you’re in. Never your name or contact details.
  • What a club receives. When you book, join a match or enter something at a club, or choose it as your preferred club, that club receives your name, phone number and email for its customer record. From then on, the club is responsible for that data.
  • Card. If you add a guarantee card, Stripe stores it, not us or the club. We only know its brand and last digits.
  • Phone notices. Only if you turn them on in your browser, and you can turn them off whenever you like (art. 6.1.a). They go through your browser’s notification service.
  • How long. For as long as you have the account. You can delete it under Mi cuenta → Mis datos → “Eliminar mi cuenta”: your card is deleted from Stripe, and clubs keep their customer records, for which each club is responsible.

If your club subscribes to PadelVER

We are the controller of the data of those who subscribe and use the panel.

  • Data. Name, email and password of panel users, the club’s contact details and billing details (company name or full name, tax ID, registered address, email and phone number).
  • Why. To provide and charge for the service and to meet our tax obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c). If a club gives a VAT number from another EU country, we check it in the European Commission’s VIES system.
  • How long. For as long as the service lasts. After cancellation, the club’s data is kept for 90 days in case you undo it, and after that it may be deleted. Invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.

If you’re a club’s customer

The data a club holds on its customers (record, bookings, phone number, email, classes, fees) is that club’s responsibility. We process it on the club’s behalf, as a data processor (art. 28 GDPR), and don’t use it for anything else.

Each club publishes its privacy policy and booking terms on its booking site, under the “legal” link in the footer. To exercise your rights over that data, contact that club. If you write to us, we’ll pass it on. The same applies to the data of a minor in someone’s care, which is provided by their parent or guardian.

A club only sends marketing messages if you agree, and only you can tick that box.

Who receives it

Nobody, except where the law requires it and as explained above regarding clubs. These providers handle data on our behalf, only to provide their service:

  • Our hosting and email providers.
  • Stripe: guarantee cards, collecting clubs’ penalties and collecting subscriptions. It may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards the GDPR provides for.
  • CONECIA: the support chat.
  • Acrifactu: issuing licence invoices, through Spain’s VERI*FACTU system.
  • Browser notification services (Google, Mozilla, Apple, Microsoft), if you turn on phone notices.

Google (Google Ireland Limited) receives the technical data from reCAPTCHA, not the content of your message. Google may process it in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and uses it according to its privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to soporte@padelver.com, and withdraw any consent you’ve given at any time. If you’re not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
