From the register to the monthly fee, without spreadsheets.

Courses and academy: groups with a weekly timetable, a blocked court for each class, web sign-up, registers and monthly fees.

Courses with groups: day, time, length, court and places for each weekly class. The court for each class blocks itself.
Web sign-up by group, with a waiting list that moves up on its own. Parents enrol their children from their own account.
Take the register by phone, on court: one button per student.
One-off absences reported by the student or noted by the club, substitutes and make-up classes.
A planner by timetable, week or month, showing attendance, amounts and which registers are still to be taken.
Monthly fees per student based on attendance, with a custom price for anyone who pays differently and a fee notice by email.
A Coach role: each coach sees only their own courses, takes the register and records absences.
