Features

Everything the licence includes, with nothing extra to buy.

What it takes to run bookings at a padel club, from the player’s phone to the day’s takings.

A booking site under your club’s brand

Your players see the slots that are really free and book in a few steps, without calling or installing anything.

  • Your address at app.padelver.com/your-club, with your logo, colours and header photo.
  • A calendar and a morning, afternoon or evening filter, with each slot’s price in view.
  • Booking with a player account or as a guest, if you allow it.
  • A confirmation email with a button to view or cancel, and a cancellation window of your choice.
  • A QR code with your club’s logo and an A4 poster to print from the panel.
  • Your club appears in the search on PadelVER’s home page, and one player account works at every club.

The whole day, at a glance

Courts in rows and times in columns. Web bookings and phone bookings, in the same place.

  • Add a booking from a free slot, finding the customer by name, phone or email.
  • Switch court, cancel or mark a no-show from the cell itself.
  • Block a slot for whatever you need. Classes and tournaments show on the grid too.
  • The same court can’t be booked twice at the same time, even if two people try at once.

Prices and hours the way you think about them

A base price per court with rules on top, so Friday evening doesn’t cost the same as Tuesday morning.

  • Rules by weekday, time slot or date, for all courts or just some.
  • Supplements that add or subtract, and fixed prices that replace everything else.
  • A slot price calculator: pick a court, day and time, and see the price and which rules apply.
  • Opening hours, closures and blocks, and minimum and maximum notice for booking.

Open matches to fill the court

Anyone who books with an account gets three places to fill the match, and a link to share them.

  • Anyone with an account who meets the match’s requirements can join: type (open, men’s, women’s or mixed) and level.
  • If it fills up, a waiting list. If a place opens, the first in line gets it and an email.
  • A player can’t be committed twice at the same time, even across different clubs.

Your customers, in records that fill themselves in

Everyone who books has a record, whether they came through the site or the panel.

  • Bulk add: paste your customer list and create up to 500 at once.
  • Invite them to create a player account by email or with a WhatsApp link.
  • Minors under a customer’s care, so you can enrol them in classes and tournaments.
  • Deleting a customer erases their personal data on request (right to erasure), and the amounts stay in your accounts.

Payment at the club and daily takings

Courts are paid for at the club, in cash or by card terminal. The panel keeps the books.

  • Mark a booking as paid, all at once or by player, each with their own payment method.
  • Part payments: you can see what’s left and who still owes.
  • The daily takings split cash and card, and add up bookings, class fees and tournament entries.
  • It records who took the payment and when.

Reports to decide with

For the owner and manager: how the club is doing, without doing the sums by hand.

  • Bookings, revenue and occupancy over the hours your club is open.
  • Trends, and a breakdown by court and by source (web or manual).
  • A heat map by day and hour, to see which slots stay empty.
  • CSV export, without customers’ phone numbers or emails.

Everyone, with what’s theirs

Unlimited users, with a role at each club.

  • Reception: daily operations. Bookings, availability, customers, payments and takings.
  • Manager: also configures the club and sees the reports.
  • Owner: also handles users, modules and billing.
  • Coach, with the Classes module: only their courses, to take the register.
  • Several clubs on one account, each with its own site, settings and users.

Tournaments, classes or vouchers?

Those are modules: you turn them on separately, only if you’ll use them.

Try it with your club.

Fourteen days with everything working, no card needed. If you don’t subscribe at the end, your club is suspended and nothing is deleted.
