This site sets no cookies of its own
We set no cookies of our own, for analytics or advertising: there are no social media buttons or embedded videos. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. The only third-party cookie may come with the contact form, and it’s a security one (below). That’s why you won’t see a cookie notice.
Visit statistics
To know which pages get read, we use Plausible, installed on a server of ours (analytics.acrilonia.com). It uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, doesn’t follow you across sites and collects no personal data: it counts visits in aggregate (page, referring site, country, device type) without keeping your IP address.
The support chat
The chat button in the corner is provided by CONECIA: its program loads from conecia.com, and that’s where your messages go. It sets no cookies. So you don’t lose the conversation when you change page, it’s saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), under a key starting with conecia.chat. This storage is necessary for the service you ask for by opening the chat, and is exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI. You can delete it whenever you like from your browser’s settings.
The contact form
To curb spam, the contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3. It doesn’t load when you open the page, but when you start filling in the form, from www.google.com and www.gstatic.com. It looks at how the page is used (data about your browser and device, your IP address, your interaction with the page) to tell a person from an automated program, and Google may set or read the _GRECAPTCHA cookie and, if you’re signed in to Google, its own cookies. We only use it for that, as protection for a form you decide to send, so we consider it exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI. If you don’t fill in the form, it doesn’t load. What Google does with that data is explained in its privacy policy; you can also write to us directly at soporte@padelver.com.
The app
app.padelver.com, home to the clubs’ booking sites and the panels, is a separate site: it uses only the technical cookies needed to log in and keep you logged in, which are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI.
If this changes
If we ever add anything that uses non-technical cookies, we’ll say so here and ask your permission before setting them.
