November 2026

  1. Improved

Charge for the court by person, each with their own payment method

When you mark a booking as paid, each player can pay their own way, in cash or by card, and they don’t all have to pay at once: the booking shows what’s left and “Cobrar el resto” only lists those who still owe. The daily takings count each payment on its own day and under its own method.

  2. New

Sign up someone else for King of the Court

When signing up for a session, a player can also sign up someone else, by nickname or with an invitation that holds their spot. They aren’t a pair: each has their own spot in order of arrival, and can drop out separately. Each session decides whether to allow it.

  3. Improved

    Enter several categories at once

In tournaments that allow it, players tick the categories they want, choose a partner in each and enter them all with one button. If one category can’t go through, the others still do, and that one stays ticked to try again.

    Module · Tournaments
  4. New

    Featured tournaments and classes

Tournaments and classes with entries open or about to open are featured on PadelVER’s home page and on the club’s site, and each card goes straight to its page.

  5. New

    Delete a customer on request

Owners and managers can delete a customer: their personal data is erased and the amounts stay in your accounts. Before you do, the panel says what will happen and what’s stopping it, such as a booking still to be played or an unpaid fee.

  6. New

Invite a partner who doesn’t have an account yet

Anyone entering a tournament can hold a place for their partner by sending an invitation by email or as a link. The place is held for a period the club chooses, and the club can also turn this off.

  7. Improved

Type set per category, and an open category

Men’s, women’s, mixed or open is now set for each category, so one tournament can combine them. In an open category, pairs can be any mix.

  8. Improved

A player’s tournaments, in their account

Under Mi cuenta → Próximas, each player sees their tournaments at all their clubs, including those of minors in their care.

    Module · Tournaments
  9. New

A QR code with your club’s logo

Under Club → Código QR you have a QR code for your booking site with your logo, in the style you choose, and an A4 poster ready to print. It keeps working even if you change your site’s address.

  10. Improved

The entry list on the site, if you want it

Each tournament decides whether its entry list shows on the site. If not, the page only says how many entries each category has, and each player sees their own.

  11. Improved

Fix the wrong group from the site

Students can leave a group from the site until their first class in it starts, even if the course is already under way.

October 2026

  1. Improved

The fee notice, on the day of the last class

By default, each student gets their fee notice on the day of their last class of the month, so they can pay at that class. If the class is in the morning, it arrives the evening before. Clubs can choose another time.

    Module · Classes
  2. Improved

More than one category, and a session limit

Each tournament sets how many categories a player can enter, and each King of the Court sets how many sessions on the same day they can sign up for.

    Module · Tournaments
  3. Improved

Group names, for the club’s eyes only

If your groups are named after their students, you can hide those names: on the site and in emails, each group shows by its day, time and court.

    Module · Classes
  4. New

Minors in a customer’s care, in classes and tournaments

A parent or guardian enrols their children from their own account, without the children needing one, and clubs can add them in the panel. Emails and fee notices go to the person responsible for them.

    Module · Classes
  5. New

Enter as a pair from the site

Players type their partner’s nickname and both are entered. They get in together or go on the reserve list together, and move up together when there’s room for both.

    Module · Tournaments
  6. Improved

    An official list of levels

A player’s level is chosen from a list of nine, from 1.0 to 6.0, with each one’s description in view.

  7. New

    Rankings

Rankings with the points your club records, private or public. Public ones have their own page and appear on the club’s site and on each player’s profile.

    Module · Tournaments
  8. Improved

The school timetable, with the fees underneath

The roster opens on a grid of groups by day and time, with their students. Underneath are each student’s fees for the month, with their price, to collect from right there.

    Module · Classes
  9. Improved

Find the customer when adding a booking

When adding a booking from the panel, “Buscar cliente” finds the record by name, phone or email and fills in the details. If they aren’t there, you type them in and the record is created.

  10. New

Add customers in bulk and invite them by WhatsApp

Paste your customer list and add up to 500 at once, with a summary before you confirm. And as well as by email, you can invite them to create a player account with a link over WhatsApp.

  11. New

    Enter pairs from the panel

Clubs can enter two customers at once, and pair them up or split them. In the draw, a pair entered together plays together.

    Module · Tournaments
  12. New

Payment at the club and daily takings

Mark each booking as paid, in cash or by card, and see what was collected under each method in “Caja del día”.

  13. New

    Card guarantee

Players leave a card when booking online, and the club can charge a penalty if they don’t turn up and, if it wishes, if they cancel late. The court itself is still paid for at the club.

    Module · Card guarantee
  14. New

    Loyalty

An automatic voucher after a set number of bookings, vouchers your club gives to its customers, and campaign promo codes for booking online.

    Module · Loyalty
  15. New

    Push notifications

Players who turn on notices on the club’s site also get them as phone notifications: class fees, a penalty to confirm, and new vouchers.

    Module · Push notifications
  16. New

    King of the Court

A single-session format: places follow from the courts, with reserve players, a countdown to opening and courts arranged by level.

    Module · Tournaments
  17. Improved

The list in order of arrival

Each tournament has a list in order of arrival with the exact entry time, set by the server, so the order can’t be disputed. And each tournament decides whether it takes reserve players, and how many per category.

    Module · Tournaments
  18. New

    The fee notice

Each student gets their monthly fee by email and, if they have an account, under Mi cuenta → Avisos, with what’s due across all their courses at the club.

    Module · Classes
  19. New

Classes: groups, attendance, fees and coaches

Each course has its groups, each with a weekly class. Take the register from your phone, record notified absences and make-ups, and each student’s fee follows from what’s chargeable that month. Coaches log in with their own role and only see their courses.

    Module · Classes
  20. New

A player’s classes, in their account

Mi cuenta → Clases shows, month by month, a player’s classes and fees at all their clubs, and they can say they can’t make a class from there.

    Module · Classes
  21. New

    Public player profile

Each player has a profile with their nickname, photo, level and how many matches and tournaments they’ve played. Never their name or contact details.
